Construction of Steel Palisade: a standard panel is constructed from hot and cold rolled steel sections supplied for assembly on site.
Panels consist of 17 vertical pales manufactured in "D" or "W" profile with a choice of tops. The pales are fixed to rolled steel angle horizontals which are supported by 102 x 44 joist posts.
Connection: bolted, Bolt: M8 and M12.
Pale tops can be triple pointed or round and notched.
Concrete foundations: Palisade
fencing panel is typically erected by setting the posts in individual concrete foundations but it can also be surface mounted on a concrete base or wall mounted using straight or cranked posts.
Gates are manufactured to suit customer's particular requirements.
The security level of palisade can be increased by increasing the height of the fence, increasing the number of pales per panel, increasing the thickness of pale, adding a concrete plinth.
General purpose
palisade fences are produced in a choice of top styles.
D pale palisade in the thickness of 3mm is considered for general purpose fencing and it can be divided into the following types according to tops:
1--Square top palisade fence
2--Triple pointed top palisade fence
3--Single pointed top palisade fence
4--Round top palisade fence
5--Round and notched top palisade
